Troubling polling data for city after Kansas City Chiefs threaten to relocate

The Kansas City Chiefs are repeat Super Bowl winners who hope to repeat next season and cement their place as the NFL's newest dynasty. 

However, even more uncertainties linger regarding whether or not that success will occur in Kansas City.

With the team embroiled in a political dispute over funds for stadium enhancements, the community's attention is focused on a looming sales tax vote. 

While the Chiefs have been in Kansas City since 1963, the organization is now indicating that if things don't go their way,

they may leave.During an interview with KSHB 41, Chiefs' team president Mark Donovan Acknolweded that voters in Jackson County,

Missouri, voting against the Chiefs on a planned sales-tax increase may lead to the club considering relocation.

"I believe they would need to involve leaving Kansas City. But our goal is to stay here. And we're willing to accept a settlement that allows the county to stay here.
