Jayden Daniels Addresses Concerns About Viral 'Elbow' Photo With Blunt 8-Word Message

The NFL Network, as a league-owned and maintained property, is ostensibly the television arm of professional football—and thus its owners.

Don't tell that to Woody Johnson, co-owner of the New York Jets.

On Thursday afternoon, Johnson lambasted an NFL Network report that said he and Jets coach Robert Saleh had a "very heated conversation" at the league's annual meeting this week.

"All this nonsense about a heated argument between Coach Saleh and me at the League Meeting is absolutely false," Johnson said in a statement.

"This is yet another reckless report from the NFL Network. "Please disregard."

Johnson formerly served as the United States' ambassador to the United Kingdom under President Donald Trump from 2017 until 2021.

Here's the original report, given by network veteran Colleen Wolfe.

New York is coming off another losing season, finishing 7-10 for the second straight year following quarterback Aaron Rodgers' early-season Achilles injury.
