Jaguars sign $45 million agreement for top tackler Foyesade Oluokun.

Linebacker Foyesade Oluokun of the Jaguars has been extended by the organization, effective through 2027, the team announced on Friday.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the deal has a guaranteed value of $22.5 million and is valued at $45 million, with a potential value of up to $48 million.

The Yale product signed a three-year contract in 2022, with one season left on it.

Oluokon is one of the best tacklers in the NFL, and the Jaguars secured his extension.

During that time, he had the most tackles of any NFL player with 549.

Oluokon, who was selected in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, spent four seasons in Atlanta before to signing with the Jaguars in 2021.
