Chia Pudding with Chocolate

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is a popular healthy sweet dish. This simple chia pudding recipe requires only four ingredients and can be prepared quickly using a bowl and a spoon.

I have a huge sweet tooth, and once I bite into something sugary, everything goes bad from there. I try to limit my sweets as possible, but I still crave a small treat at the end of the day.

The trouble is that I enjoy indulging but can't seem to stop. So having a nutritious dessert on hand to satisfy a sugar craving is essential. And this simple Chocolate Chia Pudding does the trick!

If you have never had chia pudding before, you are in for a big treat!  I believe it has a similar consistency to tapioca pudding, which is one of my faves.

Chia seeds are soft and chewy, much like tapioca, but they are far healthier.

Chia seeds (the brand I use and enjoy) are abundant in protein, calcium, fiber, antioxidants, and Omega-3 fatty acids.

You may easily incorporate them into your diet by sprinkling them on cereal, yogurt, or salad.
