Beyoncé makes music history with her debut country album 'Cowboy Carter,' which sets multiple records.

Beyoncé's highly anticipated album Cowboy Carter was released on March 29 and has already broken records. The album has been Spotify's most-streamed album in a single day in 2024, as well as the first country album of the year to achieve that feat.

Cowboy Carter also received more first-day streams on Apple Music than any of Beyoncé's other albums. It also boasts the most first-day streams of any country album by a female musician.

Cowboy Carter has recently sparked discussion among Beyoncé's collaborators and inspirations, as well as musicians who just enjoy the album.

Nancy Sinatra shared on social media that "These Boots Are Made For Walking" was sampled for "Ya Ya."

"To have a little piece of one of my records in a Beyonce song is very meaningful to me because I love her," Sinatra commented on Twitter/X.

"She exemplifies what is best in today's music, and I am honored to be a small part of it. This may be the greatest example of 'Boots' yet! "And the beat goes on."

June Carter Cash's daughter also aggressively defended Beyoncé from detractors following the album's release. "I've heard some negative comments about Beyoncé's new country album, Cowboy Carter.

As a Carter Girl who comes from a long line of Carter Girls, I'm motivated to question why someone would disrespect a Carter in this manner. Carter Cash posted on social media.
