This banana smoothie has a very creamy texture, plenty of natural sweetness from the frozen bananas, and additional protein from the Greek yogurt. 

During the week I tested this recipe, I ate it every day as a mid-afternoon snack. It's extremely tasty, refreshing, and simple to make!

Unsweetened almond milk is the liquid base for this smoothie. I prefer unsweetened almond milk because it is low in calories and has a mild flavor, but you may use your preferred dairy-free or regular dairy milk.
