This recipe for a nutritious smoothie is a great way to get started with the smoothie bowl trend. If you want to make it your own, you can use any fruit, nuts, and seeds you like the most.

In order to achieve a smooth and icy base for the toppings, it is imperative that you utilize frozen fruit in the first step. 

Ingredients: · 1 cup frozen raspberrie · 1 cup frozen peach slice · 1 cup frozen mango chunk · 1 ripe banana · 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt · 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice) · 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference) · Toppings: fresh raspberries, sliced peaches, mango chunks, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, sliced almonds, etc.

Instructions: Add the frozen raspberries, peach slices, mango chunks, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Arrange your desired toppings on top of the smoothie bowl.
